This lidded container can be used as a salt cellar, salt container, spice dish, or sugar bowl. Food & dishwasher safe.
The interior is glazed glossy grey, while the exterior is carved and unglazed. The glaze on each handmade piece is unique due to the natural variation in the clay and the firing.
Each piece was handmade and thrown on a pottery wheel, trimmed when leather hard. The piece is then bisque and glaze fired to Cone 10. I make each piece individually.
These handmade pieces can range approximately 1/4” in width and/or height.
